Hi,

I have a Candian plan with public mobile and am in the US. I added the US roaming Talk and Text Add on. Can I use it to call/text Canada?

@Marz_002 Yes, if you purchased the with this plan you can use it to call and text.

You have a VoLTE enabled phone on PM whitelist? You should connect to T-Mobile or AT&T.

Add-ON is good for 15 days from date of purchase.

You can the USA add-on to call anyone in Canada or USA while in the USA. Remember to connect to the AT&T or T-Mobile network and also enable VoLTE for calling.
