      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/470081"&gt;@Laincy777&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;check Telus Outage map and see if there is any reported outage in your area:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.telus.com/en/bc/outages" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.telus.com/en/bc/outages&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try reboot your phone, and Reset all networks.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If still no signal, go to the Connection manual, change network connection to Manual and try to connect to Public Mobile network.&amp;nbsp; And test the different network mode (3G or 4G(LTE) or 5G)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you are using physical sim card, test your sim card in anther phone to confirm if it is just a device problem&lt;/P&gt;</description>
