I do have two people who can send and I can receive photos from. One has an iPhone, the other a s24ultra, so not an android, iPhone thing. I can use what's app no problem. I have all my settings set properly as far as I know. Strange why some work and some don't. It's very annoying and I may have to leave for another carrier. My old S21 works just fine with the public mobile sim.
