      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/470012"&gt;@Kanika88&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;check sim manager on your phone, check if Public Mobile esim already instead.&amp;nbsp; Enable it if you see it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you don't see the esim installed, check the emai, PM might have sent you an eSIM QR code in the welcome email&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if not there, too, then ask PM support agent help.&amp;nbsp; Message them here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
