PM typically says to contact them if not received within 10 business days. &amp;nbsp;If that happens open a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It usually takes 5-10 business days to receive SIM as it is sent by regular mail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please wait a week or so and then open a ticket and ask for replacement.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
