      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, my card had expired so I went on to give new card number and they changed my card. Then changed subscription and they charged me again..will I have a credit??? Should I contact someone??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/468999"&gt;@Tea3&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; If you changed subscription after renewing you will be charged immediately for the new plan with no refund for the old plan. &amp;nbsp;When selecting a change you have two options, change now or change on renewal. &amp;nbsp;It's best to select change on renewal unless for some reason it is worth forfeiting the rest of the old plan for an immediate change.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
