Using the Public Mobile app on your cellphone, log in to your PM account / Manage Profile / ...in there you can edit your info including the address.

I would advise not to order a SIM card directly from Public Mobile. It can be up to 3 plus weeks to get it in the mail. Here are better options...

if you've already ordered the PM sim, then use the link supplied by slusagm to see if it's been sent already. If you haven't ordered it yet...just edit your address as suggested...then place the order.

Your best is buying bet is buying a physical sim card from a koodo/telus store or a mobile klinic store. Then contact CS_AGENT and they will credit you the cost of the sim $11.30 (10+tax). This was what I did after waiting almost 2 weeks and my sim not arriving.
