Account always switching back other account

I have been checking my wife's and daughter's plan. When I check the rewards it switches to my account and I can't see there information. It is as if it doesn't completely log out. Please help me out.

Yeah... Sometimes you have to log out few times until system really logs you out. Annoying but there is no other way so gets used to that 'feature'.

It is due to browser cache. When you manage multiple accounts, please use browser with Incognito mode. Or some people would install different browsers, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and choose a specific browser for each account

I will try this, thanks. That is a really bad system then. This should not happen. Who ever is responsible for programming the webpage needs to do a better job. Logging out means logging out.
