      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looking to get help.&amp;nbsp; My account setup failed on the final screen.&amp;nbsp; Now i have no service from either my old rogers or new public mobile sim and&amp;nbsp;i cannot even log into a public mobile account that i tried to create.&amp;nbsp; essentially, i am stuck and need some help.&amp;nbsp; please assist.&amp;nbsp; thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
