      <description>&lt;P&gt;Keeps asking me to insert sim card. Removed card and reinserted and good for a day and then asks again to insert sim card. very annoying.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/328741"&gt;@Peter27&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have another phone to try to insert?&amp;nbsp; It may be either a hardware (phone) issue or the actual SIM card itself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you try the SIM card in another phone and have the same issue, then it is a SIM card issue and you could purchase a new SIM card and replace the SIM card number in your self service account and put the new SiM card in your phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the SIM card works with no issues in another phone, then there is an issue with your phone. ? SIM tray issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So do you have a physical sim?? if you activate with a physical sim and it keeps asking for sim, you phone sim slot is faulty&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;test the physical sim in another phone if possible&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
