      <title>Unable to Send Picture Messages</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I've been trying to send picture messages for the past few months and have been unable to do so. I thought it was an issue with my plan at first, but I recently changed to the $19.00/month plan, and the subscriptions clearing stated that it includes picture messaging. I tried removing my SIM card and inserting it into my friend's phone, but it still doesn't work, so I know it's not my phone's problem. Can someone at Public Mobile look into my account internally to see what's preventing me from sending and receiving picture messages? Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It is needed to send MMS (picture messages). Usage does not impact your data allotment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
