Hi there, I had just signed up for the 4g $30 plan on 28th and I see now you are also giving $5 off for the sim card and 3rd month free, any way we can do a price adjustment since I have not even received my sim card yet.

if you signed up before that promotion , there is really no way to get it back. But if you like, you can ask PM ,

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
