But first make sure it is not an issue with your credit card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you can wait 24 hours, wait 24 hours and&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to try login My Account and pay&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;use Public Mobile app.&amp;nbsp; Make sure you give Location Permission before trying&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;if they both fail and you need to pay to resume service, best to get a voucher from Shoppers drug mart and pay by voucher using *611 or via My Account&lt;/P&gt;</description>
