      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you port in your number during activation? If yes, did you get a text to authorize the port in request? If you don't do this within 90 mins, your number won't port in. You must contact PM CS_Agent to get it resolved.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
