hi @RUSTY-STEELE try using the PM app, try using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser

if they both fail, ask OM support agent to help by message them

Tried that spent 1 hour going round with a chat bot, changed passwords, deleted the app and reinstalled.

the only thing that works is texting, no data, no talk. I think I made a mistake.

I gave up with Public Mobile, went back to Fido, up and running in less than 30 minutes.

24 hours and Public Mobile was still not working, no human to talk to, made a mistake to move, cost me $50. Oh well.
