Slow , not uploading.

IUpgraded my package. I had the same 4 g. But since I added more data . I can't get very much uploaded and it is really slow. It's only been like this since I Ave upgraded.

Do you have one of the 5g plan that includes unlimtied data at reduced speeds? Those plans have slower speeds after a certain amount of usage has been passed.
