Does PM offer data and service in Italy?

I’m travelling soon to Italy.
- Does PM sell any international package for data and calls when I’m in Italy?
- If they don’t offer a package in Italy, what settings should I change on my phone when I buy a SIM card from there in order to avoid getting charged for roaming there?

There is no roaming in italy available. You do not need to disable/change anything on your phone. There will be no roaming charges since this is a prepaid service.

Thank you abtest. Do you have any idea where to buy a SIM there, or is it better to buy an e-SIM. and where to buy from? It’s my first time.

You can use WhatsApp when connected to wifi. Other than that, you can purchase a SIM that works in Italy from Amazon.

Check out the eSIM Airalo. It works great and is cost effective.

Does Airalo offer a new phone number? I will need to have access to data plus be able to call taxis from the street .

Yes, it would be a new phone number. The Public Mobile phone number will be inaccessible.
