I switched offers on July 16. I just paid $43.29 on July 15 and when switching got charged $37.74 twice when I should have had a credit as I just paid

it is normal if you use Change Now. PM is prepaid and hence will charge again and won't refund for early plan change like that

but, don't give up, try to as PM for refund, they might be ok

you and all are given the choice to either Change Now OR Change on Renewal. Always best to opt for Change on Renewal unless you absolutely need the new plan now as you'll pay for new plan right away and there's no refunds or pro-rating.
