You need a Public Mobile SIM card. Koodo SIM card will not work with this service.

There are two options you have ..

You can’t use Koodo SIM card to activate public mobile account, you need to buy a public mobile card from Amazon for $5, or from Telus or Koodo stores for $10

if you order the SIM card from public mobile website, it could take a few weeks to receive it.

Your best is buying bet is buying a physical sim card from a koodo/telus store or a mobile klinic store. Then contact CS_AGENT and they will credit you the cost of the sim $11.30 (10+tax). This was what I did after waiting almost 2 weeks and my sim not arriving.
