I'm trying to update my address to order a new sim card and I cannot check out. Keeps giving my invalid address

My address is correct in the profile

Order a SIM card from Public Mobile costs $10 and it takes sometimes more than 3 weeks to arrive, it’s better to order from Amazon for $5, or get it from Telus store for $10

You can also pick one up at a Koodo/Mobile Klinik store or for $10 or online from Canadian Cell Supplies for $5.
