This solution does not work. The bot does not recognize my request, and there is no option to create a ticket.

I have unsubscribed from Public Mobile and want to delete my credit card information so that I will no longer be charged. How do I do this?

Typing in "create a ticket" in the chatbot immediate gives the option to open a ticket.
