I’ve never used any of my rewards points I’m just wondering if it’s possible to use them to reduce the cost of switching to a new subscription?

Yes, once you have 15 points you can redeem them for a $15 account credit. Click on the Rewards section of the app/website to redeem.

@D_Money899 the rewards points can be used to reduce your bill, not necessarily the new subscription.

15 points is $15 bill credit. How much points do you have? You can redeem as much as you want in increments of 15 each.

Then there are roaming add-ons and minutes which starts at 5 points up.

You will need to wait until you accumulate 15 points before you can redeem them.
