This is effective May.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now you have to pay &lt;STRONG&gt;full&lt;/STRONG&gt; plan price upfront and then you get 5% back on your payments.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on the Payment tab to view exactly what you are being charged for&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/466415"&gt;@mandogrl&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;have you had a look to see if it has to do with the new Public Points system? Have a look at your plan details to confirm nothing has changed except for the price, I suspect that you are probably no longer getting autopay discounts?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the new system you need to accumulate 15 points and then you can manually redeem them towards a one-time $15 bill credit. You will still keep any referral credits and each year you will get 10 points on your anniversary. Points will accumulate slower under this new Points system&lt;/P&gt;</description>
