      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought subscription with Esim, but unfortunately my phone is not supporting Esim. I would like to change to normal sim, but my account is not allowing me buy physical sim and as soon as login it goes to Esim activation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How to stop ESIM activation process and go with physical Sim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank You!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
