    <description>&lt;P&gt;you have not been overcharged, you just didn't have the promotion&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but what plan you have now? did you login to My Account and check Change Subscription page? there are some good deals there this week, like $34 for 60 GB&amp;nbsp; or one for $30 for 15 (or 20?) GB&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If there is a plan that better suits your needs, you will be able to switch to it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
