      <description>&lt;P&gt;You have to do that yourself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to your account, Subscriptions and Add-ons, pick new plan, select change on next renewal. All done.&lt;BR /&gt;If you select change plan Now you will get new plan and will be immediately charged. PM does not give refunds if you pick cheaper plan nor charges you plan difference! It charges always full plan's price.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
