      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to port over a phone through ESIM using the account number on Bell; however, it was a family plan with 3 devices, and it didn't work. I would like to restart the porting process and just use the IMEI number rather than the Bell account number, as i think it will work, let me know.&amp;nbsp;Ive tried to find info on how to restart the porting process and that i am supposed to call a number, but im not sure of that number as people cannot post it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
