      <description>&lt;P&gt;she can try to click Resend code and check if email is an option,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if not, she would have to ask PM to help.&amp;nbsp; Message them&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And one more ways is to call 1-855-4PUBLIC and disable Autopay there, but only if you know the 4 digits PIN&lt;/P&gt;</description>
