You can scroll through the lists of items to see what you want to redeem.

15 points is $15 off your next bill.

From the main page it usually have error and doesn't work.

yes, you can only redeem bill credit at multiple of 15 points.

There isn't any way to view the amount of rewards that you can expect to get in the future. The current system only shows the amount of points that you have earned in the past. When it comes to the number of referrals, there is a graph, but only shows the number of new referrals (and not your total number of referrals).
