Hi everyone,

I updated my phone to ios 17 and esim was deleted itself. I wonder if there is a way to fix this?

Open PM app and buy a new eSIM, it should be free

it is free to get the esim back

just download PM app on your phone and login and go to Account page to buy

if you have trouble with the 2FA, click Resend Code and check if send email is an option and use that

the app might still charge you $5 , but pay first and ask PM for reimbursement after.
