      <description>&lt;P&gt;no signal at all? no voice and no data?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you try reboot your phone? can you try your sim card in another phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and you login My Account and account status showing active?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your quick reply!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My account status shows active and I have restarted my cellphone twice hours apart, buy still no signal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use a eSIM. So I cannot test it on another phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just sent a ticket in and hope someone at the tech support would look into it soon for me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it's not, then set it and reboot.
