    <description>&lt;P&gt;I got fed up with the whole process. Since kept taking me to subscription page I subscribed to a new plan with more data for the same price. Used same email and changed password. Had to change my phone number though. Now I hope they don't get confused and charge me for both subscriptions. So frustrating no person available to call with ridiculous issues. Good luck. I had been trying since Thurs or Fri. Was our of town and needed data.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
