Is it possible to activate Public Mobile without the QR code. My 'phone is currently only talk/text.

@Microbiologist usually you need to download the public mobile app and follow the directions.

If you have completed step 6 the payment page you can send a message to Public Mobile Customer Service and ask for further help.

Hey @Microbiologist

The QR code is more for eSIM. If you are wanting a second eSIM on your phone, you're going to have to use it. OR you can just use a physical SIM card.

I assume you have an old flip phone. QR code are for eSIM so I am assuming your phone can’t do that either.

Not sure what is the reason for this question if your phone is probably not have all the current features of a new smartphone.
