Try turning on airplane mode and turning back off, or have you tried a phone restart? Also go into your phone's settings to confirm data is still turned on and check to make sure you do not have any data limiters set that you could have reached.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If non of these are helping reach out to a CS agent by clicking the orange circle in the bottom right of your screen, type: Customer Support Agent&lt;/P&gt;</description>
