Goodbye Koodo hello PB!!

Got my sim cards in the mail yesterday and immediately set it up. The process was seamless and after I ported my number from Koodo I instantly received a confirmation from them that my account was canceled. So far so good, and on the same network im used to 🙂

Actually quick question....

Is the process to port from Telus that same as Koodo. Different email, temporary number ect?

Welcome to Public Bomile!

To avoid issues, it's better to create the Self Serve account with a different email address and a temporary phone number first and then port the Telus number through the Self Serve 🙂
