Many suggest to wait an hour first. Then try again using Incognito browser mode or try on PM app with Location Permission granted

if that does not work, and I think you need your data addon fast, you might want to pay by voucher instead. Get a voucher from stores and load it using *611 or load on My Account or app

In what way are you having issues? You can pick up a voucher from Shoppers Drug Mart if you need to get up right away.
