Is the 23$ plan only for people in Quebec or even if I am in Ontario I can still activate the plan?

the $23 plan is for everyone

this is the Ontario plan page and it has $23

@AbdoArrahmen the $23 plan is also available in Ontario if you are a new activation. If you are an existing customer you will need to go into your PM app and go to "Manage Subscription" to see what plans are available to you as it will depend on what your existing plan is, not everyone will have the same plans available to choose

@AbdoArrahmen , if you are an existing customer, check the subscriptions tab in your online account to see exactly what is available. If you are interested in being a customer, check the plan page with the correct province selected. I am in ON, I see the $23/6GB plan offered as for new activations only. For one of my accounts on a cheaper rate plan, I also see access to the $23/6GB plan.
