How to setup or activate the call protection to prevent scammer to call you. It forces the caller to dial specific number before I receive the call.

not available with your Public Mobile acct. Just don't answer calls from unknown numbers. Let it go to voicemail.

Public Mobile does not currently offer this option. If you have an iPhone, you can block unknown callers which can help but also may block other calls you are expecting but that's why we have voicemail. Better to be safe than sorry. The other option, if you have Android, I know it has a call feature, you'd just have to do your research on Google to find how to use it.

PM only offer very basic services, so not Call Protect. You will need to use your phone's won protection like Silence Unknown Callers

You can use the app Truecaller to monitor spam calls.

I use unknown caller button on my iPhone 14 Pro Max.
