Do you have a plan that was advertised as a Canada-US plan? Canada-US plans can be used while you're in either country.

BTW...to call someone while you're IN US...make sure you have a VoLTE enabled cellphone that's on the Public Mobile whitelist of VoLTE enabled cellphones...(not all VolTE enabled are on that list). The link includes the phones that are ...
