    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted Fido, and they said it is not their issue. I would need to contact Public Mobile for PUK number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I use Fido sim card my phone works but when I use Public Mobile SIM card, it locks me out and asks for PUK number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to contact the old provider to recieve a free unlock code or purchase one from somewhere else&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
