Hi I mistakenly bought a US add on by mistake which I don't need, how can I get a refund?

click on the orange ball on lower right side of page to start process of Customer Support. Give them as much acct info as you can ie: ph #, acct #, name on acct, PM pin #.

PM is prepaid provider, they might not really refund, but they can cancel the order and leave the money as a credit back to your account. You just need to open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
