      <description>&lt;P&gt;Make sure your PM account is active.&amp;nbsp; Thenlogin to your PM account, get the account number from the Profile page&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And when you activate the new account with the new service provider, give them your account number and phone number&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;make sure you turn wait for PM to send you a text for your approval to port, you need to reply with 90 min&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/463616"&gt;@Sergebabs&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Basically, once you tell them you want to port a number to them from another active provider, it's all on them to ensure this happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You're only requirement is to reply "YES" to the port authorization text with your Public Mobile SIM card in your device, within 90 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At that point, replace with the new provider SIM card and the port will complete.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you run into any troubles, ensure to contact the NEW provider to rectify.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
