or you can open ticket with PM and have the staff to help

open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

@adonis16 are you a new customer getting setup or has your service been working before? Is call and data working? Have you tried to restart your phone?
