    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I processed to redeem my rewards point for 1GB data 2 days ago but still it is not working for me, is there any idea why? How can I use those data from my rewards points? It shows I need to use it within the 15 days but already 2 days are gone? Please advise, if you have any idea? Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;you need to login My Account and confirm if the add-on is there&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it is there, reboot the phone and make sure no data limit set&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it is not there in My Account or or still unable to use, check with PM .&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. To me, that sounds like you purchased a US addon. Meaning it won't work here in Canada.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you purchased a Canadian data addon for 1GB $15 it expires in 30 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Chalupa_Batman_0-1724281144929.png"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/skins/images/798F526650ACC8354E8E175C8645714E/responsive_peak/images/image_not_found.png" alt="Chalupa_Batman_0-1724281144929.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should log into your account and confirm which one you purchased. If you have purchased the incorrect addon, then you should reach out to a CS Agent and ask if you could get a credit to your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know please.
