What are the 2 plans you want to switch between?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If we determine you can't easily switch plans without losing one then you can contact customer support and maybe luck out and get a sympathetic CSA. Link the thread that showed its been done recently to show precedence.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you just need more data for the work plan then change your plan. If you want less data for your personal account.... change plans. Yes the $30/2gb plan is grandfathered but the $35/3gb plan has an extra 1gb for $5 and the $40/5gb has an extra 3gb for $10 more. Are you personally paying for your work phone or is your job? Surely they dont really care if your plan is $5 or $10 more?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or are both of these plans really old and have full speed 4G LTE data?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

A few customer years ago were able to move a number to another PM account BUT the account losing its number was given a new random number.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/16001"&gt;@ShawnC13&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pm has lots of policies that they regularily make exceptions to....I don't often tell customers to contact customer support unless it's absolutely necessary or I think it may...and I say may...be possible that an exception will be made.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How many members constantly suggest a customer contact customer support for a refund when they know there is a strict no refund policy? Its suggested all the time. The case a few weeks ago was the difference between losing a customer/account to Rogers or keeping them. Pm made the exception to keep the customer. I'm not saying this is the case here but it's a similar circumstance. Shouldn't we give pm the opportunity to make that decision themselves rather than saying no it's 100% not possible? Its 99.99% not possible but there is a glimmer of hope.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Us regular members are under no obligation to do so....but we are behoven to give the best advice possible on the customers behalf.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
