I got the 100 minutes long distance rewards as I need to use them today. How will I know that I can use them and loaded in my account?

Please log into your Public Mobile self serve account using the app. Going in to Usage Breakdown will show yoru available add-ons.

@Question18 if you have them they are free to use. Just dial the long distance number you are wanting to call.

There is no charge to you if it's not applicable. The call will just not work.

Use the area calling code and phone number.

thank you
