    <description>&lt;P&gt;The alernate phone number can be any number.&amp;nbsp; It is just a phone number for Public Mobile to contact you at should they need to phone you to talk about the port request.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for the error message, I think that it could be a website glitch and it might work if you try later.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Having trouble with Activation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm on the step of entering my number to be transferred.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the screen shot below I have removed my personal information from the text fields. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I put in my Wind Mobile account number at the top field,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the "alternate number" to best of my knowledge (my wife's cell number)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And my full name in the Authorization name field.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It won't let me through. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper" image-alt="Screen Shot 2016-11-01 at 3.58.05 PM.png" style="width: 697px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/2627i90E23D02993CD544/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Screen Shot 2016-11-01 at 3.58.05 PM.png" alt="Screen Shot 2016-11-01 at 3.58.05 PM.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try clicking it first, then fill out the information. I saw that workaround mentioned in the forums today.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
