      <description>&lt;P&gt;PM can help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First buy a physical Public Mobile sim from Telus or Koodo store or from Amazon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when you have the sim, message PM here and they will update the sim card number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If so, have a look in you phone's settings to see if there is an eSIM listed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you did not receive an email or you are not seeing the eSIM in your phone's settings you will need to contact a CS agent by clicking on the orange circle in the bottom right corner, then type: Customer Support Agent&lt;/P&gt;</description>
