Fastest option is to pick one up for $10 at a TELUS/Koodo or Mobile Klinik store. Next option would be to buy from Amazon for $4.99 and free shipping with Prime and should arrive in a few days. If you buy directly from Public Mobile it can take a week to as many as 3 weeks coming from Canada Post.

Hi!
I checked my eSIM compatibility with the tool on your web site. I bought the plan but now that I try to finish the installation on my phone it says: “ phone not compatible”. How can I switch to regular SIM card or cancel the plan?

thank you

you need PM to help. But first buy a physical Public Mobile sim from Telus or Koodo store or from Amazon.

when you have the sim, message PM here and they will update the sim card number

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Thank you for your answer.
I have an iPhone 15 Pro max. Although I bought it outside from Canada, I checked with the tool on the public website before I bought the plan.
Your recommendation to buy a regular SIM is the best. Thank you very much!

Did you receive an email from public mobile with a QR code to scan? Did you have any other eSIM setup in your phone?
