Pending charge will disappear.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If both are posted, the extra charge will remain in your account as credit for your next bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can ask for a refund but may take up to 30 days to process…same time as your next bill payment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Contract a CS_Agent for a refund by clicking on the the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You just have to log in to the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Support&amp;gt; chat with an agent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they will refund it if it was duplicated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
